1. Refund Policy
•Refunds will only be provided if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
•Customers must report any issues with their order within 48 hours of receiving the product.
•To initiate a refund request, customers must provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect item along with the order details.
•Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5 business days to reflect in your account.
 
2. Exchange Policy
•Exchanges are only permitted in cases where the received product is damaged or incorrect.
•Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and submit supporting proof for verification.
•We do not offer exchanges for any other reasons. Please ensure all product specifications are reviewed carefully before completing your purchase.
 
3. Customized Optical Frames & Lenses
•Refunds are not available for customized optical frames with lenses, as these products are made specifically for individual requirements.
•Customers must review their prescription and customization details carefully before placing an order.
 
4. Advance Payment for Customized Optical Lenses
•Orders for customized optical lenses require a 50% advance payment to confirm the order.
•The remaining balance must be paid upon receiving the order.
Advance payments are non-refundable once the order is processed.
